Guy Fieri’s buddy Noah Cappe is headed out to Joplin, Missouri, along celebrity chefs Aarti Sequeira and Joe Sasto. Together, they investigate the Joplin food scene, leaving no culinary stone unturned, as they try everything from tacos and sushi to BBQ and fine dining. Each of them selects one dish to nominate for a showcase in the middle of town, where expert judges will decide the best of the best.
