It’s off to the Cairngorms for a four-by-four tour through the beautiful isolation of the Rothiemurchus estate. She stops off on the Pembrokeshire Coast and in the New Forest and Dartmoor, before tackling three of the Lake District’s highest peaks via helicopter.
